Hi,

I'm using Window Vista Home Edition SP1. I've successfully installed DB2 Express 9.5 using the steps provided.

My problem is DB2DAS could not start. Therefore I cannot proceed creating the SAMPLE database. It's also complaining that the SAMPLE database is already exist!..I can't find it actually. I've tried "uncatalog database sample" but no luck.

I've check and verify that db2admin ID is attached to DB2ADMNS group. Hope you can shed me some light regarding this matter.

Thank you very much.

Regards

Hey,

Really useful, indeed :)
I want to make a .NET application that connects to IBM BD2, but when I try to install the add-in for Visual Studio, I get the error:
"to install IBM add-ins for Visual Studio you must have IBM data server provider for .NET". What should I do?

Thanks in advance
